It's Easter Sunday, I'm looking out of my window and I'm delighted to see this beautiful ewe with her lamb. The lamb has been born during the Corona virus lock down, so she must be about 3 weeks old. It filled my heart with joy, so I rushed to find my camera and 'gotcha', here is my special photo.
It made me think about all of the people that I can not spend time with today.
My mum who lives in Stoke-on-Trent, she is 90 next week, in fact all of my family live there and I miss seeing them terribly. (I'm guessing that you too are in the same position.)
My son, he lives in London. My step-daughters who are in Aberdeen and Glasgow. My best friend in Peterhead. No lazy Easter Sundays with a G&T in our hands. I just hope that they will all stay safe. So I sat and watched the ewe and lamb (after naming them Baba and Smiler) and I thanked the Universe for all that I have and all who I hold dear.
